Build your mental toolbox with stress management tools! Learn about the effect of stress on the body and how you can reduce that easily at work or home. You will learn skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and evidence-based methods to mitigate stress responses in your body through mindfulness, breathing techniques, and distress tolerance skills using the five senses. This presentation will be focused on specific techniques that are practical in the workplace.
